Zebra Group is the manufacturer of the utility carrier and extensions designed to deliver maintenance services in private and public sector.

Challenge

The company found itself in a challenging situation and has been acquired by the private investor as a result. The change of leadership brought the new strategy based on re-engineering company sales, marketing, partnerships and operations.

In summary, the company had a competitive product, research & development practise, manufacturing practice and manufacturing assets but lacked the distribution channels, strategic management and professional operations practice.

Solution

We made post-acquisition due diligence of the company in order to understand situations, personal motivations and key drivers within the departments and practices in detail.

We used the findings to develop and execute the strategic plan that had implemented the new investment strategy into the company through several company-wide initiatives.

We delivered the new organisational structure, aligned the practices of the personnel and help the company to achieve desired post-acquisition revenue traction.

We entitled the EB to develop and execute the strategic plan based on the new strategy for the ZG. They shaped the company in a sustainable way and delivered good initial financial results.
